Please avoid this con man

Jonathon came across very well on the phone and told me he was a BMW specialist and that he’d worked for the main dealer, he quoted me £350 for the service. I thought I was dropping my car off to his garage and it ended up being his house the reason being he doesn’t own a garage, he used some back street used car sales garage. He also told me over the phone my battery was dead and needed replacing, I told him I’ve never had an issue with the battery but he replaced it anyway without my permission charging me £240. Long story short my service bill including battery was a staggering £920, when I challenged this he replied, you can take it to mediation and it will cost you £1000 per day, I got the feeling this was a very well rehearsed speech. I don’t usually write reviews but i felt I had to, to try and help people avoid this guy.
