Pilatesfit at Vinery Road has it all...a lovely light, clean space for classes, great flexibility for signing up to classes in blocks or one-offs, and above all, fantastic teachers. I go to Michelle's classes as often as I can - brilliant sequences, great instructions, good verbal tips throughout so you can self-correct and know you're working exactly the right muscles. Love it and highly recommend it.

I was treated by Elizabeth for shoulder problems related to RSI. She provided excellent treatment and clearly explained the causes and actions needed to resolve the problem. After five sessions I am much improved. I chose the practice as they also run pilates sessions (PilatesFit) to support recovery and I am very happy with the results. Her availability for early morning sessions meant I could attend weekly and as a result my recovery was rapid.
