My name is Lubna and I am a holistic massage therapist passionate about your health and wellbeing above simply easing your pain or chronic condition. After spending years working in property management in London I was left feeling stressed and unfulfilled.

I personally discovered the many benefits of massage therapy when I fractured my ankle and was so profoundly affected by the difference in my physical health and emotional well-being that I felt compelled to leave my job in order to study Holistic Massage. Now, health and wellbeing is my life! I practice yoga every morning, regularly attend and support my community fitness centre and have recently learnt how to swim. I have more energy, strength, flexibility and body awareness in my forties than I had in my twenties.
