Rang on Wednesday, was phoned back within 2 hours, vacuum collected Thursdsay morning, fault diagnosed by the afternoon and vacuum back repaired, serviced and cleaned just after 9am on Friday. All this with friendly, professional service at a very reasonable price. Would definitely use again
