We have been in business since 2010 as L.G Decorating & Tiling after a few years in the trade we all decided as a family to go into business together and put all of our trade skill/experience together and cover the property maintenance side of the market. We decided on the name of K.D.L Property Maintenance which was formed in September 2016.

Over the years the trade skills/experience from the family at K.D.L Property Maintenance have been developed and used to build a business based on a high quality services and offering customers a service which meets and exceeds their expectations. The emphasis is on providing customers with a highly customer-focused service, offering quality and value for money.

K.D.L Property Maintenance simply provides an outstanding high quality Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Carpentry, Paint & Decorating, Bathroom Fitting, Kitchen Fitting services, from start to finish. In addition we specialise in both domestic and commercial projects within the Neath Port Talbot, Swansea, Llanelli, Bridgend, Cardiff and South Wales areas, and furthermore our regular customers particularly value our customer service levels, our attention to detail and professionalism.
