I am a trained Humanistic Counsellor who believes that everyone has the ability with the support of a counsellor to find their way to heal and grow in confidence and understanding of their issues.

Due to my 18 years of experience I am have developed my skills to support my clients as "one size does not fit all" therefore I am also an integrative counsellor.

My experience has become varied with depression, anxiety, stress, couples counselling, marital issues, work related issues, self-confidence, assertion technics, alcohol counselling, sexual abuse. grief counselling and terminal illness (cancer).

My practice is a safe, comfortable, confidential space offering non-judgemental, honest and empathic environment.
