EmployLaw Ltd is a Law firm offering a comprehensive Employment Law, HR and Health & Safety service which is aimed at supporting and helping you to protect your organisation. We believe that by having qualified solicitors to support your business sets us apart from similar employment law services. We are not a call centre offering generic advice by a team of paralegals or unqualified staff. We won't start the clock every time you pick up the phone and we will not automatically tie you into a long contract unless you decide that is the best option for you. Our service is all about adding value to your business no matter how big or small.

We have two packages which focus on HR and Health & Safety, each providing five different levels of support so you can decide which best suits your specific business needs and budget. They range from a basic review of your policies to ensure you are up-to-date with current legislation right through to our premium package, which includes full insurance cover against Tribunal claims and protects your business from having to pay out hefty compensation awards.

One of our most popular solutions is our HR Assistance package. HR Assistance provides you with unlimited telephone/email support from your dedicated solicitor. This can include advice on how to handle grievances, disciplinary issues, redundancy, poor performance, long term ill-health issues and any other queries you may have (e.g. parental rights).

As an Employlaw client, you will also benefit from regular email bulletins to keep you abreast of the latest employment law changes as well as invitations to our regular series of employment law seminars which are free to attend.

Financial planning and cash flow are integral to every business so, by paying a fixed sum, you are in complete control of your legal costs. There are no nasty surprises or hidden costs. Our pricing structure is based on the number of staff you employ and the level of support required.
