Terrible experience

Having been paid in full to date - PDP walked off the bathroom fitting job the week before Christmas. He left a family of 4 over Christmas and New Year with no bathroom: • flooring • lighting • heating • bath • new toilet as quoted and agreed Reason - 'I commented on his tiling skills' which had to be repaired. Outcome - he sent me a text on 2nd January saying he wouldn't be returning to complete the job. Luckily we managed to get professionals in who rectified the issues in place and complete the works - at a big cost. Big shame. I thought we had a good professional working relationship. But it appeared not.
