It's a very pretty practice, looks slick - all glass and shiny surfaces. Pleasant but small waiting area. Warm. Easy parking in a suburban shopping centre, you can park literally right next to it. Welcoming receptionist, and a friendly dentist. Had no trouble registering, and got to listen to some music to keep my mind off the work being done. Everything seems very high tech, they even have cameras to see your teeth up close. Appointment was quick, and I left feeling good about my teeth. What more can be said about a dentist!
Comfortable
Dr Agnieszka makes me more comfortable than any other dentist I've seen in Midlothian, really make me relax in the chair. They also has a text reminder system that help me to remember my next appointment! (which is great because my memory is not the best) I would recommend anybody in Dalkeith to come over.
Putting you at ease
This dental practice is all about putting you at ease and carrying out work but not causing you discomfort. I have sensitive gums and this is the only time I've not felt discomfort whilst at the dentist. It was also the same for my husband and son too. Thank you Bosco!
Not nervous anymore
I'm not a nervous person when it comes to going to the dentist but it's never anyone's favourite thing to do. This was the best experience I've had in a dentist and was only there for my first examination and X-rays. Don't think I'll mind going to the dentist now as all staff very friendly and make you feel at ease.
Mordern practice
Superb. I've never been to a dentist quite like Bosco before. Brand new, modern practice where everyone is friendly and has time to talk to you with no airs or graces. Plus you can speak to them on messenger, which is a brilliant time saver for sorting appointments.
Positive experience
I am usually terrified of the Dentist, which is why I haven't had any regular dental treatment for over 10 years. Today however I had a very positive experience at Bosco. I had a filling done and discussed my ongoing treatment. Now not so frightened going forward. Thank you so much to Agnieszca and Anna.
