Back, Neck and Shoulder massage
I had a back and shoulders massage from Cantaloupe Massage today and I was very impressed. Rachel was very personable and put me at ease straight away. The massage was the perfect pressure for me.
Back pain treatment
Cantaloupe massage helped me out a great deal as I was suffering from upper and lower back pain as well as knee pain from my tight quads. Rachel worked on my back using a variety of techniques to ease the tension in and around my muscles. Rachel also worked on my quads which included some movement and rotational work, greatly easing the tension on my knee. I would highly recommend Cantaloupe massage to anyone experiencing body aches and pains, and anyone who wants a relaxing massage!

Had free 30 min massage + upgrade last week. Would definitely recommend.
Low back treatment
I gave this offer a try because I'm in the queue again for NHS physio. The session made much more of a difference than I'd hoped for and Rachel's follow-up advice seems effective too. Feeling this much better 4 months sooner than planned has to be worth it so I've gone and booked some more!
