I phoned Specsavers (North Fincley) on Wednesday September 14, 2022 about accessories for my hearing aids that I'd ordered and paid for on Monday September 5, 2022. I was told that the audiologist was busy but that she (or one of her colleagues) would definitely phone me back before the branch closed in the evening. I sat by my phone (land line) for three hours (until the branch closed) - but the phone call never came AND I'M STILL WAITING!
