We are offering a fully customisable service within the limits of engineering / space available on the truck and what we know will "work" and be of high quality, value for money and a well-engineered, reliable system.
The professional approach that Trinox take to the design, fabrication and installation process ensures that we always consider and try to understand the needs of our customers. We can adapt to customer's individual requirements, to deliver products of utmost quality. We will always offer advice, if through experience and knowledge, we know that something will not work - we will never sell a concept or idea to our customer knowing that it may be flawed or an ineffective or inappropriate system or solution.
For Example
Let's start with a truck exhaust system.
We offer all number of degrees of variety and customisation. A customer for example can give us an image or even a sketch of a design that he would like on the outer heat shields e.g. a company logo or image and we will laser cut or etch onto the heat shields, pipe work can be routed where ever the customer requires to miss ancillary equipment such as oil tanks, chassis mounted cranes etc. The outlet of the pipes can be modified with rain flaps, a slash cut, a bend or even the actual pipe end being cut to resemble flames.
