He had a previous bad experience at a different groomers, but Kirsty fussed him as soon as he arrived which made him feel at ease and he was completely fine throughout, even if he did shuffle around a bit on the grooming table! He now feels super smooth and he's loving his treats that he got in his goodie bag when he left. Dizzies First Time at Hello Pets
It was our dog Dizzee's first time with you today, he is a very nervous dog when it comes to grooming and can be quite awkward and grouchy but you did an amazing job, he looks very smart and Thank you for the goody bag such a nice touch!! The best groomers we've had! (And there have been a few) our 2 dogs look great, smell great and the service is friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. Love the little extras like Halloween kneckers for the dogs and competitions on fb. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you ����

My labradoodle/retriever Amber was washed, groomed and trimmed by Kirsty for the first time yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased. She came out looking amazing - her coat was so soft and she smells so lovely too. Amber was even given a goody bag at the end which contained a tennis ball and lots of treats! I would highly recommend Hello Pets and we'll definitely be back soon. Thank you so much x

Kirsty is amazing. Bailey went for her first groom (she is four). From the moment we arrived Kirsty made Bailey relaxed and happy to be there. She got a chance to play with Leo in the garden and then had her 'pamper'! When collecting her, her coat was shiny and she smelt amazing after the blueberry shampoo and blueberry facial! I can definitely say that all the little touches that go to making a regular groom a real treat, make such a difference. Would highly recommend Kirsty and Bailey can't wait for her next pamper!
Mammoth task of grooming my St Bernard!
Today Kirsty had the mammoth task of washing and drying and deshedding my very furry dirty Saint Bernard Barney! I can not praise her enough! After only 3 hours he's home and looks, smells and feels absolutely amazing! I can't recommend her enough, she's incredible with the dogs and so friendly and professional. Even managed the dreaded nail cutting and toe fir cutting, something he hates to have done! Im so pleased with the service she provides and have already booked to take barney back again! 10/10 for friendliness, caring and thorough service and professionalism,
Competitions and goody bags for my labrador!
Henry won the Friday competition and came in for his bath he loved it and can't fault the service at all plus he even got a little goodie bag to bring home great job thank you

10 years younger
Just picked up our old boy Josh from Hello Pets and he looks 10 years younger! Absolutely lovely atmosphere and an incredible job done he really needed it haha! Loved the little goody bag at the end too would 100% recommend and will definitely be back again! Thanks Kirsty x
Rex was left in safe hands
Rex went to see Kirsty at hello pets for his first groom. Naturally I was anxious to leave him but as soon as I meet Kirsty I knew Rex would be in safe hands. Both me and Rex are very happy for the service and will be using hello pets again! 100% recommend!
Outstanding professional service
Outstanding Professional Service...I took my nervous timid chihuahua to Kirsty for his first ever groom and explained he could get a little snappy and Kirsty wasn't put off by this at all and reassured me that he would be fine and she would only do what he felt comfortable with. When I turned up to collect him he was so calm, happy, smelling and looking beautiful and enjoying snuggles with Anne this was such a relief..thank you both so much I will definitely be back and will highly recommend you. ❤️

Fantastic friendly service. First dog groom for Archie and it's something I think he cold get very used to!. Archie loved his doggy bag too. Such a nice touch, as were the photos. I would recommend Hello Pets to anyone.
