Below are our package options and what is included:-



Pay a Fixed Fee - This option is our discounted deal at just £499 upfront and a final £499 on completion. (Total of £998 with no VAT to pay). There's nothing further to pay and your property will be marketed until sold. With our fixed fee package we will ensure your home is listed swiftly on Rightmove, the UKs largest property portal. This is our best value package and includes a home visit, professional photos, a personal property manager, arranged viewings, offers and negotiation, sales progression, no tie in period and a for sale board. Full service estate agency.



Pay on completion - This option gives us a significant edge over our online competitors who may charge you whether you sell or not. There is nothing to pay upfront and only 0.75% of the sale price (no VAT) on completion. Minimum fee of £1,499. There is no tie in period and we'll visit your home to take professional photos, we'll list your property on Rightmove, arrange viewings, negotiate offers and progress your sale once a sale has been agreed. A for sale board is included and you will be assigned a personal property manager to look after everything for you.
