About Toots

Toots Mobility Scooters Ltd was created to help keep disabled people mobile.
I was tired of being overcharged for parts, batteries, tyres etc for my mobility scooter. So, I thought why not start a business with more realistic pricing, fairer to the disabled person.
So that is how Toots was created.
I live in Newquay, so the easiest area for me to cover is the Newquay area.
I am happy to drop off a scooter for hire, and collect it when you are done.
If you get the bus into town, but cant walk around town, I can meet you at the bus stop with the scooter.
The scooters are fully insured, new batteries, clean and tidy. I would not hire out or sell a scooter unless I was happy to ride it.
Toots is about the hire of scooters, whether you are on holiday or live locally. Which includes the insurance.
The repair of your existing scooter.
The sale of used scooters.
The testing and replacement of batteries at a more down to earth price.
Insurance available if you purchase or already own your own scooter. (The insurance offers peace of mind as well as breakdown cover).
The education of the rules around scooters in the Highway Code. What your legal responsibility is. (Always useful to know).
