I have turned my passion into a professional life choice and hope that my enthusiasm will inspire, motivate and encourage you to reach your goals.
Embarking on a health and fitness regime, for whatever reason, can be daunting and everyday life pressures can frequently sabotage training. As a single working mum I have used just about every excuse in the book not to work out!
However, a healthy, fit and active lifestyle is obtainable for everyone.
With my PT sessions and programmes, I hope to teach and inspire techniques that will fit around busy lifestyles, as well as offering a high level of support and not forgetting a sense of fun!
I offer training from Vivacity Premier Fitness, Hampton, Peterborough, along with home visits in the Peterborough, Stamford and Huntingdon area (prices will vary depending on distance).
I also teach:
- Parents and Kids Circuits @ Vivacity Premier Fitness, Monday 16.45-17.30.
- Spin @ Hampton Leisure Center, Tues 18.15-19.00.
- Thighs, Bums and Tums @ Hampton Leisure Center, Wed 18.00-18.55
- Total Body Conditioning @ Longthorpe Village Hall, Friday 9.30-10.30.
