I went to see Michael for hypnotherapy relating to issues of depression, I was a bit sceptical how helpful I would find it as I had no experience of this kind of therapy or knew anyone else who had been.....I can honestly say it was the best decision I have made relating to my depression! I have done 'normal' therapy but this had nowhere near the same impact! I am still in the early stages of the hypnotherapy process but it has already made a huge impact on my life.
