PART 3 I have explained all of this to LE and I am getting nowhere. I have been incredibly patient and given proof and reasons to my complaint but they are refusing to refund me in full. Please do not be fooled by this companies website. I do not believe their engineers are fully trained in specialist appliances. This engineer could have caused a fire in my home due to his negligence and lack of experience. I asked Sub Zero if they have heard of this company and they have not so I feel their website is misleading. Perhaps this review will get the attention of senior management at LE and someone will respond. if not, then i shall take this to court. I want my hard earned money back. I have no faith in this company at all and the clowns that run it. PLEASE ALL BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU USE THIS COMPANY AND CONTACT YOUR SUPPLIER TO CHECK IF THEY DO INDEED REPRESENT THEM TO CARRY OUT WORKS ON THEIR PRODUCTS.

PART 2 This time he said that he would disconnect the freezer element as it was unnecessary and modify the wine fridge. He said this would make the wine compartment work and hold its temperature. This made little sense to me and i told him that the wine fridge does not have a freezer element and that i did not want him to modify my fridge in any way. To this he replied that he needed a diagram from Hq and he would need to return...AGAIN! At this point I realised that he did not know what he was doing and i asked him to leave. I am left with neither the wine fridge nor the chiller drawers working. I have not turned it on as i do not know what he has wired up and nor am i sure what wires he has cut off. I contacted Sub Zero and asked them to come and assess. I have their full report which confirms that things have not been wired correctly and that i need to reorder new parts. All of this will cost me more money but at least this time i will use the experts.

PART 1 I called them to book a repair on my sub zero wine fridge as their website looked very professional and stated that they specialised with Sub Zero appliances. My sub Zero wine fridge was not working but the chiller drawers were. The engineer came on his first visit and assessed the problem which was fine. He told me which parts i needed and that i would have to pay the head office and rebook another appointment, which i did. I paid £1,335.60 and he returned to fit the new parts. A few hours after he left the fridge started to overheat and I sent a video of proof and again called HQ to rebook another appointment. He returned and tried again.
