STEER CLEAR

2 doors fitted August 2018.They came to fit the front door, I was asked to pay half way through fitting, Andy seemed like a nice man so I did.His fitter stayed for about an hour then left us with only the screws holding it in place and open around the frames.We keep ringing for him to come and finish, it took them over a week! This became the norm, on a couple of occasions he shouted at me and hung up, this left me anxious when having to contact him further. We have had numerous problems with both of the doors, one being that the door and frame had be refitted/lifted because it had been originally fitted it too low down. It is also warped and lets draughts in from day one! Andy kept fobbing us off having told us on many occasions that the new slab was ordered, or his suppliers would be in touch, still no door! The doors are advertised as having a 10 year guarantee. We told him that we only want a new slab not all the other faults sorting, he said that HE will not be replacing the door!
