We are a specialist student letting agent based in Leeds and we serve all student areas of Leeds, including, Hyde Park, Burley, Kirkstall, Armley, Horsforth and Woodhouse, meaning that our properties cover the popular student areas surrounding Leeds University, Leeds Beckett University and Leeds Trinity University.

We have a large range of Leeds student properties available for let in popular areas such as near Headingley Cricket Ground, near Leeds Carnegie stadium, as well as right next to campus. These properties range from one-bedroom flats, studios and house shares all the way up to 8 and 10-bedroom houses.

In addition to our student portfolio, we do also offer an array of professional properties. This side of the business has branched out due to many of our student tenants wishing to stay with the company upon graduation, and so we now offer a selection of profession one, two and three bedroom houses and apartments aimed at young professionals, as well as professional house shares for those recently moving to the area who would like an opportunity to meet some new people.
