About Us...

The Together Trust is a charity that offers care, support and special education to children, adults and families. Our services are based in North West England and the surrounding areas, however, we accept referrals from all over the UK.

We believe everybody deserves an equal chance in life. There are no exceptions.

This includes those with behavioural problems, learning difficulties, physical disabilities and autism spectrum conditions. Everyone has the ability and the right to experience joy, happiness and hope.
We do everything in our power to make that happen and we've been doing it since 1870. Together Trust continue to meet the needs of thousands of children, young people, adults and families in the North West and beyond.

For us, nothing is more rewarding than seeing someone break through barriers and take control of their life.

We also offer families and carers a wide range of training, consultancy and support to help people make choices and have control. We accept referrals from all over the UK, our services are based in the North West of England and the surrounding areas.

In addition to local authority funded places, our services can be purchased by families, carers, and service users over the age of 18 or their brokers via a direct payment, individual budget, individual service fund or personal/private funds.

Why your help matters

Your support can help us to level the playing field for some of the most vulnerable young people in the North West.

Funds raised by our supporters could help us provide sleep clinics for children with autism, confidence building outdoor activities for teenagers who have experienced trauma; or new sensory equipment for young people with disabilities.

We could also provide more therapeutic services and family support to help parents overcome the challenges they face on a daily basis.

Our 800 strong workforce of employees and volunteers help over 2,200 individuals and families every year in our community, care and special education services.
