Our team of expert coaches offer an all-inclusive small group training and nutritional advice package from our purpose built private studio in Southampton.

We specialise in helping our clients to lose fat, feel fitter and stronger, and (just as importantly) stay that way!

By training in small (up to 4 participants) groups, the MGB Fitness team are able offer more people the best possible service with fantastic value; training more often, at times to suit you, and providing you with the best support.

Working out from the MGB Fitness Studio is so much better than your standard Gym. We are in a private space, away from cliques, peer pressure, and posers. Every single session will be designed and closely supervised by the fantastic MGB Fitness coaches.
