I ordered drinks on a Saturday night, I waited 1.5 hours and they never turned up. I then cancelled the order but they charged me anyway. I asked for a refund and they didn't want to do it, at the end Deliveroo refunded me the money (£46). Please don't use this service, they are extremely unprofessional and rude.
Good Service
I used Drinky for couple of times. They are reliable and fast alcohol delivery service. Their price 40-50% cheaper than Deliveroo and Uber Eats. I strongly recommend them,
