" As I walked past this shop yesterday all the gorgeous things in the window caught my eye, so I went to open the door only to find it was locked! Now a lot of shop owners would have just said "Sorry we are closed today" but not this lady, she asked if I wanted to come in, to which I said "no, it's fine I'll call back another time I can see you're very busy rearranging the shop, to which she replied "it's ok, as long as you don't mind the mess!". Another two ladies also came in to browse around. The owner didn't make us feel like we were in the way at all and chatted and allowed us to look around and buy things. What great customer service I thought! I bought a few lovely Christmassy things and a gorgeous scarf I shall definitely be back and recommend to friends, your stock is beautiful. Thank you "
