Leeds sorting office recieved my parcel on Friday 16th December 2022 it's now Sunday 18th.it was posted on Monday 12th so I should of recieved it by Tuesday but nothing turned up.then I had the joy of 2 days of strikes so it should of arrived on Friday.but no,nothing turned up.it's been sat at Leeds sorting office for 6 days.I find it hard to believe that it just disappeared so the only conclusion I am left with is someone who works there took it.I live in York,which is 30 miles from Leeds.that it's showing as still in Leeds 6 days later speaks volumes about Royal Mail's incompetence.how can a tracked parcel stay in the same sorting office for 6 days?.it seems Leeds sorting office has people who have itchy fingers.I will never use Royal Mail again.as of 23.00 on Sunday 18th it's STILL showing as at Leeds sorting office.not on the way to York,which is what I would of expected if it was even there.terrible service.you need to vet your staff Royal Mail.extremely dissatisfied and disappoi.
Nothing received
Trying to get a parcel delivered to my address has not happened ! Have tried all the procedures that Royal Mail suggests but still nothing? Leeds Mail Centre received my parcel on 22nd January and that's where it stayed. Never have had any information from them regarding the disappearance of my parcel so I believe that someone took a liking to the package and took it for themselves?
