In addition, we offer support enabling businesses to outsource their shipping department functions for reduced costs. Think of us as your virtual shipping department but at greatly reduced costs. We would be pleased to discuss in detail how we can assist with, documentation, service provider negotiation regarding cost and service level commitments, Service compliance verification, Service invoicing reconciliation, Tracking and Tracing, Problem resolutions and any other service enhancements that may benefit your logistics operation.
In essence we strive to save you TIME, MONEY, Improve COMMUNICATIONS between all parties involved, Work towards achieving COMPLIANCE as well as enhancing the SERVICE experience for both our Customers and your Customers. All at a planned cost of less than hiring a part time person for 5 days a week at 5 hours per day.
