I channel (or guide) this Reiki energy into your body by placing my hands just above or on your clothed body in a series of hand positions. Reiki goes where the energy is needed. Reiki energy aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way as Acupuncture. The healthy flow of Reiki energy promotes and enhances your body's own self-healing abilities. Reiki can help promote peace, relaxation, relieve anxiety, depression, emotional problems, insomnia, stress and helps restore your inner connection and enhance your intuition, allowing more inspiration and guidance to flow into your life. It helps with Spiritual concerns.
