From the outset I was hugely impressed with the USP team and their way of working. They guided me through the requirements for the foundations of my extension build including the most cost-effective way to do this.
One of the attractions to USP is that they offer both design and install solution, keeping things simple and taking the stress out of this part of any extension build.
During the installation itself the on-site team were very professional including respectful of our neighbours (parking, noise etc.) which put our neighbours at ease.
Finally, the management team I spoke with, Bhavin and Tim, have provided fantastic customer service, keeping me well informed throughout and helping answer my questions.
I will be highly recommending USP to others for their extension builds.

USP were recommended by our structural engineer who had interacted with them on a previous job. We were looking for a company that could undertake a screwpile solution for a new build and extension. From initial contact, quotation through to completion of works they were a professional team who kept us informed throughout.
There were a few challenges along the way (not caused by USP) for which they offered solutions that were both simple to implement and cost effective.
