Stroppy staff who act as if they would prefer to be somewhere else. Telling lies as well, wanting ID and "proof of funds" for a simple cash deposit in to my own bank account when they themselves have processed this without problem before. They're attempting to do more 'lord it over the customer' checks than the banks do, to what end? If you don't believe me then just check online reviews for them, most are one star. There's a reason for that. An official complaint will be going in in due course.
