The work has been reviewed by an expert and is appalling. Needs ripping up. Loose tiles, misalignment, incorrect materials, shoddy work, no precision, uneven, cross joints, cracked tiles. Total fraud using other people’s images and gets people he knows to post reviews. Avoid.
Absolutely appalling
This company are not skilled professional landscapers. The owner provides a stream of unskilled works. Recent patio now needs removing, poor prep, loose tiles, poor cuts, numerous cross joints, incorrect mismatched materials, unlevel, poor rendering…appalling in every way and assured as such following a review of the images by the UKs leading landscaper. I absolutely do not recommend.

Poor base, little to no prep, loose tiles, poor cuts, poor alignment, numerous cross joints, dot and dabbing, the photos show the appalling finish. Offers to repair but clearly do not possess the expertise to resolve. Refund requested but unlikely. I do not recommend.
