Hi there,

Are you struggling with strong emotions or unwanted habits? Have you been considering hypnotherapy but unsure what it is? If yes, please get in touch by email, text or phone and have a free conversation with me. I can easily explain how hypnotherapy works and you can take your time to decide. There is never any pressure or sales. Many people have said that picking up the phone and getting in contact was the hardest part, the rest was much easier than they ever imagined.

I work full time as a hypnotherapist online and face to face in Somerset. I've helped people with a wide range of common problems where strong emotions are present. This includes: anxiety, depression and low mood, sleep problems,Iirritable Bowel Syndome (IBS), fears and phobias, confidence, relationship problems, decision making, habit and lifestyle change, including alcohol, cannabis, stop smoking and other substance use. Some of these problems have been very long standing with people suffering for 10, 20+ years. Hypnotherapy can often help quickly and most people feel a lot better and can maintain their improvement after around 4 to 6 sessions.

I work with adults, young people and chidlren 8 years and older and welcome the opportunity to work with people of any background, faith, culture, identity or personal history. I believe in fair, open and transparent pricing and currenlty charge £60 for face to face sessions or £55 for online thereapy to ensure the service is as accessible as possible.
