Horror roof repair

PSA: CROWN ROOFING AND FENCING ARE NOT EXPERIENCED, ROOFERS. I would give this set-up zero stars if allowed, the workers have no idea what they are doing, and they work dangerously. We paid them to fix the gutter and replace the beams, and on every single day (of the three days they worked) they kept promising that there would be no more water ingress. They failed to ensure that the gutter has a slight incline so the water flows down into the gutter. There is still water coming in and their "work" has completely failed to fix the problem. Don't fall for the "guarantee" talk it's rubbish, I have been contacting them for the last three weeks and have had no response. Feel free to contact me for pictures of the damage they have done.
