Stephen installed a Nibe air source heat pump system. He was a pleasure to deal with and on his recommendation we now have really low running costs. It has been just as warm if not warmer than the previous oil boiler when I’ve tested it now it’s colder. I would recommend him for suggestions, information and installation.
Excellent Service with Quality of the Highest Standard!
SEnergy came out to look at the heating system in our new house, which was quite old and had been serviced by another large energy firm regularly. None of the rooms heated up properly and many of the radiators were not hot or only partially heated up. SEnergy identified a variety of radiators were over 40 years old and not working well and it were to be sludged up. They gave us options to flush out the radiators, but we opted to replace them. When the system went in, upon examination it was found that the boiler had burnt it's baffles and had damaged wires. SEnergy replaced all the parts where another company would have tried to sell us a new boiler. New radiators went in and the system is now fantastic. The whole house warms up very quickly and our bills went down by 30% at least! The install was neat and tidy and really great quality, the work areas were clean and all rubbish removed. I can't recommend them enough for the service and quality!
